Monstermax 2 just might be the biggest monster truck in the world. If you’ve never heard of this absolute beast of a truck then you’re in for a treat.
Cody Detwiler of @WhistlinDiesel on Instagram is a 4×4 enthusiast that constantly one ups himself in his builds. But we have no idea how he could do anything better than this beast with two Duramax diesel engines.
That’s right.
Monstermax 2 now comes powered by 2 Duramax engines and Allison transmissions. The truck also has a heavily upgraded break system and powertrain. However, other components are experiencing issues because of the trucks weight.
Detwiler built Monstermax 2 around the goliath clevis hook. It was his first purchase for the monster truck at $5,000 and is rated for 300,000 pounds.
This monster also uses four Goodyear OPTITRAC LSW 1400/30R46 tires to roll around on. Not only are they the biggest agricultural tires on the market, they each clock in at over 1,500 pounds.
Show us the monster truck of our dreams and if it isn’t this then you’re lying!
